Delivery within Pakistan

At Vibe Official Store, all orders within Pakistan are shipped via reliable courier services such as TCS, Leopards, Call Courier, and others. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID for your convenience.

After placing an order, our Customer Service team will contact you via call or SMS for verification. If the order is not verified within 3 days, it will be automatically canceled (applicable only for Cash on Delivery orders). Once confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days, with delivery expected within 4-5 working days.

International Orders

For our international clients, a tracking ID will be provided once your order is dispatched. You will also receive a sales invoice and shipment notification via email. Please note that any additional charges related to customs clearance or other fees beyond our control will be the responsibility of the customer.
